The goal of the discussion is to gather feedback from Montreal media and technology leaders: What do they expect from UX? What is its value to their organization? How do they include UX in their process? Who in their organization does it?

We hope to gather real insights into real problems, rather than just typical answers to rhetorical questions. In particular, we want uncover salient points where the skills of UX practitioners and the needs of business meet.

As a result of what we learn, we will create a plan of action for 2010 aimed at promoting UX design that is truly excellent, creative, and responsive to the needs of Montreal business.

It’s a great chance to speak out on how UX can best support the growing excellence of technology and media in Montreal.
